PRIVACY POLICY:

We don't gather any information about you other than what you specifically provide to us. We will not track your movements on the Web. We will not sell any information about you. We will not provide any information about you to any third party (other than law enforcement with a valid subpoena) without first asking your permission.

WHY ANONYMITY IS BETTER THAN PRIVACY:

Privacy requires you to trust someone to keep your personal identity private. And if you look at the loopholes in the terms of use on many web sites, they usually reserve the right to change their privacy policies without your permission. Anonymity doesn't require you to trust anyone. Not even us. If you wish to remain anonymous at Pocketpass, you can. Obviously, if you use a credit card to buy a Pocketpass or (as an option) you plug in an e-mail address, that provides a limited way for us to contact you.
